Prof. Francisca Sestri, Rector of UNIPI, and Dr. Hj. Dewi Motik Attend the 5th National Working Meeting (Rakernas V) of PERPINA at the National Library of Indonesia in Jakarta

The Rector of Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI) Tangerang, Prof. Dr. Francisca Sestri G., S.E., M.M., together with Dr. Hj. Dewi Motik, as the Advisor of PERPINA (Indonesian Women Leaders Association), attended the 5th National Working Meeting (Rakernas V) of PERPINA held at the National Library of the Republic of Indonesia, Jakarta.

The Rakernas V event was opened by Mrs. Veve Safitri, Chairperson of PERPINA. In her remarks, she emphasized that PERPINA is committed to actively contributing not only at the national level but also internationally as a platform for empowering Indonesian women leaders.

During the event, Prof. Francisca Sestri and Dr. Hj. Dewi Motik highlighted the importance of women's roles as driving forces of leadership across various sectors, including education, economy, and society.

"PERPINA must become a forum that nurtures resilient, innovative, and adaptive female leaders in response to the ongoing advancements in technology and the digital ecosystem," said Prof. Francisca Sestri.

Meanwhile, Dr. Hj. Dewi Motik added that Indonesian women have great potential to contribute to national development through collaboration, digital literacy, and strengthening leadership networks across regions.

The presence of these inspiring female figures at the Rakernas marked an important momentum to strengthen synergy among PERPINA members in creating a globally competitive women's leadership ecosystem.
