Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science and Head of the Information Technology Study Program Attend HMTI LDKO 2025 at Kampoeng Kalapa Balaraja

The Organizational Leadership Basic Training (LDKO) of the Information Technology Student Association (HMTI) of Universitas Insan Pembangunan Indonesia (UNIPI) for 2025 was successfully held on Saturday, October 25, 2025, at Kampoeng Kalapa, Balaraja, Tangerang Regency.

The event was attended by the Dean of the Faculty of Computer Science (FIK) UNIPI, Dr. Jaka Suwita, S.Kom., MMSI., and the Head of the Information Technology Study Program, Adiyanto, S.Kom., M.Kom. Their attendance showed strong support for the development of student leadership and character within FIK UNIPI.

In his remarks, Dr. Jaka Suwita emphasized the importance of organizational training as a platform to build discipline, responsibility, and managerial skills among students.

"LDKO is not only a leadership training event but also a space to learn teamwork, communication, and resilience in organization," he stated.

Meanwhile, the Head of the Information Technology Study Program, Adiyanto, S.Kom., M.Kom., expressed his appreciation for the enthusiasm of HMTI students in organizing this event. He hopes that LDKO can become the first step toward forming a solid, creative, and high-achieving student organization.

The LDKO 2025 activities included leadership material sessions, outbound activities, and team-building simulations. All sessions ran smoothly with great enthusiasm from the participants.

With the conclusion of this event, it is expected that all LDKO participants will apply the leadership values they have learned for the advancement of their organization and personal development as UNIPI students who are excellent, have integrity, and are globally competitive.
